Remember, if you are making improvements to your home, put in a request with CMGT (link above). If a city permit is needed, you need to get it before placing a request on the CMGT website.
It is the Homeowner's responsibility to the let the HOA know when you are renting your home with the name of your renter(s) and a copy of the rental agreement.
Street parking should allow for traffic flow.

Round Up was used by the Board President to spray Turtle Creek Parkway for weeds, due to this not being something the city does.
Solar Lights and Picnic tables have been installed at the Tot Lot and Basketball Court.
