Remember, if you are making improvements to your home, put in a request with CMGT (link above). If a city permit is needed, you need to get it before placing a request on the CMGT website.
It is the Homeowner's responsibility to the let the HOA know when you are renting your home with the name of your renter(s) and a copy of the rental agreement.
Street parking should allow for traffic flow.
Nominations will be open from February 8 thru February 20, 2026, for three (3) positions on the HOA Board:
* Secretary
* Vice President
* Member at Large
Eligibility Criteria:
* Member’s name must appear on the title or deed of the property, as defined in the Covenants.
* Members with any outstanding violations are not eligible to serve on the Board.
Members should submit their nomination through the homeowner portal. Please include your name and property address.
