It is the Homeowner's responsibility to the let the HOA know when you are renting your home with the name of your renter(s) and a copy of the rental agreement.
Street parking should allow for traffic flow.

HOA Board Member Nominations
Nominations will be open from February 8 thru February 20, 2026, for three (3) positions on the HOA Board:
* Secretary
* Vice President
* Member at Large
Eligibility Criteria:
* Member’s name must appear on the title or deed of the property, as defined in the Covenants.
* Members with any outstanding violations are not eligible to serve on the Board.
Members should submit their nomination through the homeowner portal. Please include your name and property address.

There is No Parking in front of the Tot Lot on Turtle Creek Parkway.

Harrison County residents are able to get rid of hazardous materials by scheduling an appointment on a weekday or the 2nd Saturday of each Month for drop off at the county's road department,
